Pandemic has wrecked havoc on all of us, not only health wise but financial, business losses, job-loss. We all are holding onto the little savings we have, imagine if that savings got stolen from criminals through Cyber crimes. I know it would be so devastating for all us. We here are trying to educate as many people we can about how to protect yourself by simple things you could do. 1. Keep applications up-to-date

Always upgrade to the most recent edition of your applications to shield yourself from existing or new security vulnerabilities.

When an email looks suspicious, do not open it as it may be a scam scam. Someone may be impersonating another person or business to get access to your private info. At times the emails can also have attachments or hyperlinks that may infect your apparatus.

Outdated computer hardware might not support the latest software safety updates. Be certain that you use computer hardware that is more up-to-date.

 

4. Use Encryption for Files

The documents you discuss are just as safe as the resources you use to discuss them with. Adopt a safe file sharing option to encrypt your documents while they are in transit and at rest to prevent unauthorized access and maintain your documents secure.
